Worthington Industries operates in three segments: Steel Processing, Pressure Cylinders and Engineered Cabs. Its manufactured metal products include pressure cylinder products; engineered cabs and operator stations and cab components; framing systems for mid-rise buildings; steel pallets and racks; and, through joint ventures, suspension grid systems for concealed and lay-in panel ceilings; laser welded blanks; light gauge steel framing for commercial and residential construction; and current and past model automotive service stampings. In January 2014, Worthington Industries Inc announced that its Pressure Cylinders segment completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Aritas Basincli Kaplar Sanayi A.S. (ARITAS).
