The Company designs, develops, manufactures and sells automatic test systems and solutions used to test semiconductors, wireless products, hard disk drives and circuit boards in the consumer electronics, wireless, automotive, industrial, computing, communications and aerospace and defense industries. The Company's automatic test equipment products and services include semiconductor test (Semiconductor Test) systems; wireless test (Wireless Test) systems, and military/aerospace (Mil/Aero) test instrumentation and systems, storage test (Storage Test) systems, and circuit-board test and inspection (Commercial Board Test) systems (Systems Test Group). In October 2013, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary LitePoint, announced that it has completed the acquisition of privately-held ZTEC Instruments, a manufacturer of modular wireless test products, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Orlando, Florida.
