It operates in six business segments: Europe Materials (including activities in China and India), Europe Products, Europe Distribution, Americas Materials, Americas Products and Americas Distribution. CRHs materials businesses is engaged in the production and sale of a range of primary materials, including cement, aggregates, readymixed concrete, asphalt/bitumen and agricultural and/or chemical lime. It manufactures products for use in residential, nonresidential and infrastructure construction applications.
