OJSB UkrGasBank offers all kinds of services with securities (foreseen by current legislation of Ukraine). The bank is experienced in securities market activity. The first license of Ministry of Finance entitling to effect securities trading on the market was obtained in 1996. UkrGasBank also obtained a license (series AB No. 124927 of 09.02.2005) for professional business on the securities market (including securities issue, depositary activities and securities custodian), issued by the State Committee on Securities and Share Market. Since 1998 the Bank is the member of the biggest organizations on Ukrainian Share Market Association First Share Trade System, CJSC Ukrainian interbank currency exchange, CJSC Ukrainian Stock Exchange. OJSB UkrGasBank repeatedly head the rarting of traders with corporate bonds in the First Share Trade System and rates constantly among the five best traders.
