In 18.12.2007, Form Securities which the company that was purchased by the group of French Credit Agricole countinued to operate as Credit Agricole Chevureux Securities in 2012,The shares which belong to the group of Credit Agricole were bought by Guler Investment Holding and Hilmi Hakan Derinkok. As a result of getting permission from the capital market and the ministry of custom and trade, the shares were transferred and the corporate management passed to new corporate with the extraordinary general meeting in 21.12.2012. In 19.04.2013 at the general meeting of the shareholders, the company's name was changed as A1 Capital Securities .The company's capital is 17.000.000 TL and was announced in TTSG in 10.05.2013.
