Consilium AB is a Sweden-based supplier of fire and gas detection, navigation and emission monitoring systems for ships, properties, transportation, and the oil and gas industry. The Company operates within two business areas, namely Marine and Safety, and Fire Safety and Automation. Within the Marine and Safety area, the Company offers security, navigation and environment products and systems to international shipping businesses, as well as train and metro lines, and large properties. Products within this area are organized into a number of divisions, such as Fire and Gas Marine, Navigation Marine and Special Niche Products. The Fire Safety and Automation area offers products and systems within the fire safety area, as well as automation systems for the oil and gas facilities. Activities of this area are divided into two divisions: Fire Safety Oil and Gas, and Automation Oil and Gas. Its subsidiaries include JKK Group AS, Buveco Gasdetection BV and CN System AB.
