AGI is a holding company for a group of companies controlled by the Tan Family. Through its subsidiaries, associates and other investments, the Company operates a diversified range of businesses in the Philippines that focus on developing products and services that cater to the growing Philippine middle class. In 2006, the Company’s pro forma consolidated gross revenues increased by 36.3% to P19,867.0 million and gross profit increased by 57.5% to P5,152.8 million compared to P14,573.4 million and P3,271.6 million, respectively, in 2005.
