PGS ASA (formerly Petroleum Geo-Services ASA (PGS)) is a Norway-based marine geophysical company. The Company offers a range of seismic and reservoir services, including acquisition, imaging, interpretation and field evaluation. PGS provides marine geophysical solutions that facilitate hydrocarbon discovery and recovery. PGS is organized in four business areas: Marine Contract, which manages projects and customer relationships pertaining to seismic data acquired under exclusive contracts; MultiClient, which manages projects and customer relationships pertaining to seismic data licensed on a non-exclusive basis; Operations, which supports both Marine Contract and MultiClient with data acquisition, and Imaging and Engineering. The Company's Imaging department of the Imaging and Engineering business area provides advanced imaging and reservoir-related processing services.
