Siem Offshore Inc is a Cayman Islands-based shipping company engaged in the provision of marine services to the offshore oil and gas industry. The Company’s primary activity is to own and operate offshore support vessels (OSVs) for the offshore oil and gas service industry. It has over 40 vessels, including 12 Platform Supply Vessels (PSV), four Multi-Role Supply Vessels (MRSVs) and ten Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels (AHTS), among others. The fleet operates in the North Sea, West Africa, the Middle East, India, the United States Gulf and Brazil. The Company also has offices in Norway, Brazil, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States and India, as well as has representation in Nigeria. The Company has 27 direct and indirect subsidiaries, out of which 24 is wholly owned. On September 9, 2013, the Company acquired 50% ownership in Secunda Canada LP, a company operating six offshore support vessels, from Birch Hill Equity Partners Inc.
