TOENEC CORPORATION is a company engaged in the equipment work business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Equipment Work segment is involved in the provision of construction work for electricity distribution lines, power-related construction works and general construction works, as well as the construction of air conditioning, sanitary, electrical, communications and firefighting facilities, among others, in China, Philippines and Thailand, through its subsidiaries. The Others segment is involved in the sale of products, the leasing of land and office equipment, the provision of non-life insurance agency services and functional filter cleaning services, the maintenance, management and operation of funeral halls, as well as the construction, inspection and maintenance works of thermal and nuclear power plants. As of March 31, 2014, it had five consolidated subsidiaries and two associated companies.
