The Milk division offers pasteurized milk, UHT milk, flavored milk, condensed milk, milk powder, bulk milk, pasteurized cream, UHT cream, and béchamel. The Vegetables division provides fruit juices, soy drinks, tea (liquid), and concentrated fruit juices. The Fresh division offers yogurt, probiotics, desserts, cheese, butter, margarine, and ice cream ingredients, as well as cream-based white sauces. The Other division provides ice creams, ingredients, and other products. The company sells its products primarily under the Parmalat, Santàl, Zymil, Fibresse, PhisiCAL, Omega3, and Vaalia brand names. It operates Europe, North America, Central and South America, Africa, and Australia. The company was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Collecchio, Italy. Parmalat SpA is a subsidiary of Sofil S.a.s.
