On April 6, 2011, it acquired Noble Marine (Underwriting Agencies) Limited and Noble Marine (Insurance Brokers) Limited in. On April 27, 2011, it acquired Oak Underwriting plc. On July 14, 2011, it acquired the business and underwriting assets of Expert Travel Financial Security Inc. On November 30, 2011, the Company acquired Haber Blain Insurance Brokers Limited.
