The Company operates in three segments: property development, which is engaged in property development and sale of properties, covering residential and commercial properties; property investment, which is engaged in property leasing, and hotel operation, which is engaged in hotel operation and provision of related ancillary services. As of December 31, 2011, the Companys subsidiaries included Fine Luck Group Limited, Great Elegant Investment Limited, Guangzhou Chuangyu Real Estate Development Company Limited, Guangzhou Yu Jun Consulting Service Company Limited, and Long World Trading Limited, among others.
