Roy Properties Fund REIT is a company registered under the Special Purpose Vehicles Act and has been granted a license by the Financial Supervision Commission to carry out its activity in December 2007. The object of activity of Roy Property Fund REIT according to its Articles of Association is raising funds by issuing securities and investing the funds raised in real estate and real estate rights; construction, improvement and furnishing in the latter for the purpose of providing them with management, renting, leasing or renting and / or their subsequent sale.
