Nomadar Corp. is a U.S.-based company, incorporated in Delaware in August 2023 (originally as Sportech City USA Corp., renamed in December 2023). It operates at the intersection of sports, tourism, technology and health. The company is a subsidiary of Sportech, itself wholly owned by Cadiz CF, a professional Spanish football club. Nomadar has four main proposed business verticals-an international “High Performance Training” program for athletes, soccer academies, a real-estate-anchored multi-purpose event centre in Southern Europe, and brand-extension activities tied to sports and technology. While operations are still in their early stage with limited revenues to date, the company plans to generate income through subscription licences, consulting services and event/training programmes.
