Euronext today congratulates Ajax Resources (ticker code: AJAXR), a UK-based natural resources company focused on investment in and development of mineral projects, on its admission to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. This is the 72nd admission on Euronext in 2026, and the 18th international listing this year. Ajax Resources identifies, acquires and advances mineral projects with exposure to commodities including copper, gold, silver, zinc, uranium and lead. The company’s portfolio and project pipeline span several established mining jurisdictions, including Argentina, Brazil and Chile, with further opportunities under evaluation. The admission to trading follows a fundraising comprising a subscription for 26,560,000 new shares and a fully subscribed private investor subscription for a further 2,656,000 new shares. The fundraising raised gross proceeds of approximately EUR 2.75 million, equivalent to NOK 28.9 million. The net proceeds are intended to support exploration, resource definition and development across the company’s project portfolio, potential acquisitions, and costs associated with the admission to trading and the fundraising. A total of 149,325,292 shares were admitted to trading. At market opening, the share price was NOK 1.12 per share, giving Ajax Resources a market capitalisation of NOK 167 million on its first day of trading. Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo, CEO of Ajax Resources, said: "Our admission to Euronext Growth Oslo marks a major milestone for Ajax, connecting the company with the wider Euronext family of European markets and a significantly broader pool of investors. We regard Oslo as Europe’s most knowledgeable and supportive market for natural resources companies, making it a natural home for the next stage of Ajax’s growth. We thank the team at Euronext Oslo Børs for welcoming Ajax, and our investors for the confidence and support that have enabled us to reach this important stage. We believe we are in a commodities super cycle, with copper increasingly essential to electrification and economic development, while gold and silver continue to play vital economic and monetary roles. We look forward to building lasting relationships with Norwegian and European investors as we advance our portfolio and pursue our ambition to build a substantial international resources business.”
