Elite Capital Securities Central Africa S.A. (EXCA) is a brokerage and financial investment company approved by the Commission de Surveillance des Marches Financiers (COSUMAF) under the reference COSUMAF-SDB-05/2021). Although it is registered in Cameroon, its activities include the entire CEMAC region (Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Chad, Gabon, Central African Republic, and Equatorial Guinea).

EXCA intends to asserts itself as one of the main institutions for financing economic development in the CEMAC zone.

The company mainly targets the private sector, sovereign debt issues, the restructuring of the internal debt of States, initial public offerings through capital increase or privatization operations, borrowings by private placement and the contribution to investment funds in the financing of economic sectors.
