Arthur Steven Asset Management is a Lagos-based Investment Management Firm that is duly licensed as a dealing member firm by the Nigerian Stock Exchange and registered as a Broker/Dealer by the Securities and Exchange Commission Nigeria.

The company was incorporated in 2000, but it started business officially in 2012. The company currently operates shareholders’ funds well in excess of the regulated mandated level of N300m and it is one of the 54 firms that scored 100% in the recent NSE Minimum Operation Standard Audit.

The founders envisioned companies that can assist Nigerian and International investors navigate the complex world of Securities Trading, Financial Advisory, and Investment Management in Nigeria.

Arthur Steven Asset Management has therefore gathered a team of young professionals with vast experience in Equities and Fixed Income Capital Markets, Research as well as Portfolio Management with a proven track record to deliver on our clients' needs in terms of closing complex deals, regulatory relations and delivering on risk/return goals.

The company have being able to provide services to some of the most prominent PFAs, Insurance firms, and High net worthy Individuals locally. It has also advised or participated in keeping corporate finance transactions.
