Future Corporate Resources Limited (FCRL) (formerly PFH Entertainment Ltd) is a part of the Future Group - an Indian conglomerate having a significant prominence in the Indian retail sector, with popular hypermarket chain Big Bazaar, lifestyle stores like Central and Brand Factory, and has also created a notable presence in integrated foods and FMCG manufacturing and distribution. The Company was established in 1996 by the Biyani Family as PFH Entertainment Ltd. and subsequently the name was changed to Future Corporate Resources Limited in order to bring in alignment with other Future Group companies. FCRL is the Holding Company which holds stakes in various Future Group entities among the following retail verticals of the Group: Hypermarkets & Home Business: Future Retail Ltd., Integrated Food & FMCG Company: Future Consumer Enterprise Ltd., Integrated Fashion Company: Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd. FCRL has also established business that support the retail operations including various loyalty programs, media space hire, management & consultancy services, imparting training and skills development programs as under which acts as an investment arm of the Group.
