HP Enterprise Services, LLC was formerly known as Electronic Data Systems, LLC. The company was founded in 1962 and is based in Plano, Texas. HP Enterprise Services, LLC operates as a subsidiary of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company. The company was spinned-off from Hewlett Packard and later merged with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) into new company DXS Technology.
