Holding JSC "RAO Energy Systems of the East" (JSC "RAO ES of the East") is the largest supplier of electric and thermal energy in the Far East. The holding was established on July 1, 2008 to manage energy companies operating in the United Energy System of the East (Primorye, Khabarovsk Territory, Amur Region, the EAO and the south of Yakutia), as well as in six isolated power systems. The Holding includes Far Eastern energy companies, such as: JSC "DRSK", PJSC "DEK", JSC "DGK", PJSC "Yakutskenergo", PJSC "Magadanenergo", PJSC "Kamchatskenergo", JSC "Sakhalinenergo", as well as PJSC "Mobile Energy". The main activities are the production and transmission of electric and thermal energy, sales, development of generating capacities in the Far East, development of alternative energy.
