PJSC "IC RUSS-INVEST" was established on December 3, 1992. Initially, the Company was registered as a checking investment fund. January 29, 1993 The State Property Committee of the Russian Federation has granted the company license No. 58 for the right to operate in the securities market as an investment fund. The Company's share issue prospectuses were registered by the State Property Committee of the Russian Federation on February 1 and September 1, 1993.

Due to the adoption of new legislative acts in Russia regulating the activities of joint-stock companies and investment funds, as well as the securities market, JSC CHIEF RUSS-INVEST was transformed into JSC IK RUSS-INVEST, and on June 29, 2016, in accordance with the decision taken at the General Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 08 2016 in PJSC "IC RUSS-INVEST".

Currently, PJSC IC RUSS-INVEST is a multidisciplinary company providing investment services on the Russian stock market.
