The predecessor of Hebei Bohai Investment Group Co., Ltd. is Cangzhou Harbour Investment & Development Co., Ltd. which was jointly founded by the Land Reserve & Trade Center of Cangzhou’s Bohai New District, Cangzhou Construction & Investment Company, and Huanghua Port Bureau of Cangzhou City on April 28th, 2005 with a registered capital of 10 million Yuan The shareholders increased the total capital to 30 million Yuan after the first round of capital and share increase on April 18th, 2006. On December 3rd, 2007, the company was officially renamed Hebei Bohai Investment Co., Ltd. with an enlagred registered capital of 250 million Yuan. In 2010, the company and Cangzhou Construction & Investment Company injected capitals into Huanghua Port Bureau of Cangzhou and established Cangzhou Port Service Co., Ltd, holding 75% of the comporate shares. On March 23rd, 2012, the Company got its present name Hebei Bohai Investment Group Co., Ltd, with approval from the local administration for industry and commerce. The main business involves major industrial restructuring projects about harbor construction and financing and investment projects about land use, resources, transportation and other aspects which calls for government control.
