LLC “INTER RAO Finance” - 100% subsidiary of JSC “INTER RAO” – was set up in March 2009. The main areas of Company’s activity are financial consultancy and organization of ruble funds raising for the purposes of the financing of INTER RAO Group activities. Prospectus of the LLC “INTER RAO Finance” securities was registered by Central Bank of RF on 12 November 2013. The Guarantor of the issue was the parent company - JSC “INTER RAO” (www.interrao.ru).

The placement of the bonds is planned in 2014. The decision about the precise date and the amount of the bond issue will be made by the Management of LLC “INTER RAO Finance” on the basis of the macroeconomic analysis of the market situation and estimation of adequacy of such financial instrument to the needs of INTER RAO Group on the moment of the possible bond placement.
