Changsha State Capital Industrial Holding Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Changsha State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd., renamed on 15 January 2024) was incorporated on 16 June 2016 and was formed through the restructuring and reorganisation of the former Changsha State-owned Assets Group, Changsha State-owned Investment Group, and Changsha Industrial Investment Group in late 2023, with its unveiling ceremony held on 30 July 2024. The company is a municipal state-owned enterprise of Changsha with registered capital of 10 billion yuan positioned as the city's professional state-owned capital industrial investment and state-asset operation platform, engaged in state-owned capital investment, industrial operation, asset management, and equity investment under a "one core and dual engines" strategy.
