Havila Shipping ASA is a Norway-based company engaged in the provision of offshore industry services. The Company’s fleet comprises five types of vessels: Anchor Handling Tug Service (AHTS), used for moving of rigs, putting out anchors, as well as for supply services; AHTS Asia, which operates AHTS vessels in Asia; Platform Supply Vessel (PSV), which transports goods, water, drilling mud, and chemicals, among others, to and from the offshore installations; Rescue Recovery Vessel (RRV), offering security services, such as oil spill preparedness, fire protection and rescue operations; and Subsea operations vessels, which are used for under water construction works and operations. Furthermore, the Company operates worldwide by a number of subsidiaries: Havila Offshore AS, Havila Subcon AS, Havila Management AS, Havila Shipping Do Brasil LTDA, and Havila Shipping Pte Ltd, among others.
