Piyalepasa Real Estate Development was founded in 2012 to specialize in urban regeneration projects. The company is under the trusted Polat brand umbrella bringing with it 60 years of experience in the construction sector. Piyalepasa Real Estate is currently carrying out the largest urban regeneration project ever realized by a private sector company in Turkey. The project is named after the Piyalepasa neighborhood, one of Istanbul's oldest and back in the day, one of its most desireable and glamorous districts. The Piyalepasa Istanbul project will be developed on an 82 thousand square meter plot of prime Istanbul land and be developed to comprise 950 residences, 50 thousand square meters of office space, 34 thousand square meters for hotel use and 31 thousand square meters of shopping, as well as including a 550 meter long open air promenade
