KCKK-Finance (Kirov Region, city of Kirovo-Chepetsk) was established for financing purposes of OAO Konstantinov Kirovo-Chepetsky Khimichesky Kombinat (Kirovo-Chepetskiy Chemical Plant).
Open Joint Stock Company "Konstantinov Kirovo-Chepetsky Khimichesky Kombinat" is one of the largest chemical plants in Europe and a unique one with regard to assortment of the products. The 8th of October 1946 is considered the date of the enterprise creation. In November 2004 the enterprise privatization was completed. At present KCKK embraces 10 subsidiary companies. The largest ones are two limited liability companies: "KCKK Polymer Plant" and "KCKK Mineral Fertilizer Plant", which are the main manufacturers of goods. "KCKK Polymer Plant", Ltd. is the major manufacturer of fluoroplastics in Russia (over 70 %) and the sole producer of specific brands of fluoroelastomers, fluoroplastic suspensions, fluorinated fluids and lubricants. "KCKK Mineral Fertilizer Plant", Ltd. is one of the most prominent producers of mineral fertilizers – ammonium nitrate, nitroammophosphate, azoprecipitate, and new brands of two- and three-component mineral fertilizers.
