JSC SPMK (hereinafter referred to as the "company", "SPMK") is a meat products manufacturer located in the suburbs of Sergiev Posad. The company manufactures products under the brand "Belarusian Recipes" and is its exclusive owner. The range of production includes more than 300 items, the capacity of the plant allows the production of 30 tons of sausages per day. The logistics of delivery of final products is partially provided by our own branded transport, the company works with more than 1,000 stores of federal and regional chains. The company operates jointly with Veles Center LLC and Iceberg TC LLC (hereinafter referred to as “related structures”), which are united by one beneficial owner, a cross guarantee structure and a significant level of intra-group transactions. Related structures provide for the purchase of raw materials for the company and the sale of products from both SPMK and third-party production.
