The corporate governance rating of the company is updated in consideration of Egeli & Co. Investment Holdings determination to apply corporate governance principles, its willingness to handle the process dynamically and continuously, and the improvements made since the announcement of the previous report. In addition to direct investment, Egeli & Co. Investment Holding also makes indirect investments through Turkeys first and only venture capital company focusing on agriculture which is Egeli & Co. Agriculture Investment Trust (EGCYO or EGC Agri Capital) as its leading investor and shareholder with 18.98%. Other indirect investments of Egeli & Co. Investment Holding is done through its 84.03% subsidiary Egeli & Co. Investment Trust (EGLYO or EGC InfraEnergy) which exploits real asset investment opportunities in industries with high potential such us energy and infrastructure.
