Woo, Kwan, Lee & Lo

In 1962, Messrs. Woo Po Shing and William Kwan Cheuk Yin founded "Woo & Kwan". In April 1973, Messrs. Charles Lee Yeh Kwong and Stephen Lo Chi Nang founded "Charles Lee & Stephen Lo" In November 1973, the four named solicitors decided to pool their resources, connections and talents together and on a shake of hands, founded "Woo Kwan Lee & Lo". Over the years, the firm has grown from a complement of less than 50 consisting of solicitors and other staff, to over 300, and from occupying half a floor in Jardine House to the present 2 offices in Hong Kong and an office in Beijing . The firm now has more than 70 lawyers including 32 partners, 15 consultants and 33 assistant solicitors providing a complete range of legal services for large commercial entities as well as individuals through its three major departments (corporate and commercial, conveyancing, and litigation) and its PRC Division.
