Utemuratov Bulat Zhamitovich

Utemuratov Bulat Zhamitovich is a Kazakhstani entrepreneur, billionaire, sports functionary and public figure. Utemuratov was born on November 13, 1957 in the city of Guryev, Kazakh SSR, studied in the city of Kyzyl-Orda at school No. 3 named after K. E. Voroshilov, graduated from 10th grade in 1975. In 1981 he graduated from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy, economist. After graduating from the Institute, he worked there as a teacher, then until 1986 - in the system of the Alma-Ata Department of Trade. 1986-1990 - Deputy Chairman of the Soviet District Executive Committee. In 1990-1992 .
