The new national system of agrarian financial leasing, established by the Government of the Russian Federation, has become a powerful investment institution. The system is based on the activities of the “Rosagroleasing” State agrarian and industrial leasing company. The new national system of agrarian financial leasing has started functioning at full capacity since 2002. Fifty five regions of the Russian Federation were supplied with 5,000 combines, tractors and other equipment facilities. Financial leasing of breeding products has also been successfully developed. The main objective of JSC "Rosagroleasing"' activities is to support the agricultural producer basing on the new national system of agrarian financial leasing as the most secure form of investments at federal and regional levels. The company follows the principle of immediate reinvestment of the received funds from leasing in further procurement and transferring in leasing of the new equipment to the producers of agricultural products at the conditions of the long-term use.
