Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts “Ukrposhta” (USEP “Ukrposhta”) is managed by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, is the national postal operator Ukraine under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10 January 2002.
