OR GROUP (previous "Obuv Rossii Group"; MOEX: ORUP) is a modern trading platform comprising the westfalika.ru marketplace, an ecosystem of services and a network of retail and service outlets under the Westfalika brand which has more than 830 outlets in 333 cities and towns of Russia.

In 2020, OR GROUP improved the format of a store, which is now a retail outlet with a wide variety of stock. The transition to the marketplace model in the cooperation with suppliers has allowed to significantly expand the variety of stock. In 2020, OR GROUP achieved significant results on this project: the Group had 750 partners by the end of the year and sold 2.1 million partners' goods in just a year. The share of online sales in the revenue of the westfalika.ru selling platform reached 20% in 2020.

OR GROUP has been developing a project of partner pick-up points based on its own retail outlets. By the end of 2020, the company opened more than 2,300 pick-up points and worked with 13 partners, including leading logistics operators and online marketplaces.

OR GROUP includes Arifmetika MFI, its main specialization is microfinance activities. In 2020, the proceeds from cash loans increased by 26.7%.

In October 2017, OR GROUP raised 5.9 billion rubles in an IPO on the Moscow Exchange, OR PJSC was the issuer.

In December 2020, the Expert RA rating agency assigned a credit rating of OR GROUP at the ruBBB level. The rating forecast is "developing". 

In 2020, revenue amounted to RUB 10.8 bln, net profit was RUB 0.6 bln and EBITDA was RUB 2.3 bln (according to the Group's audited financial results under IFRS).
