EnLink Midstream Partners, LP, through its subsidiary, EnLink Midstream Operating, LP, provides midstream energy services. In addition, the company provides crude oil, condensate, and brine services to producers. As of March 7, 2014, it operated approximately 7,300 miles of pipelines, as well as 12 natural gas processing plants 6 fractionators, and a fleet of approximately 100 trucks, as well as 3.1 million barrels of NGL cavern storage, rail terminals, barge terminals, and truck terminals. The company was formerly known as Crosstex Energy L.P. and changed its name to EnLink Midstream Partners, LP in March 2014. EnLink Midstream GP, LLC serves as the general partner of the company.
