Further, the company manages advertising spaces and refreshment facilities; and provides vehicle maintenance services. The company was formerly known as Leonardo SpA and changed its name to Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. in May 2001. The company was founded in 1974 and is based in Rome, Italy. Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. is a subsidiary of Gemina SpA.
