Shareholders, present and represented, and those who voted by proxy, held a total of 148,845,030 shares, or 74.5% of the Share Capital. The Extraordinary General Meeting, whose main purpose was the Bank's name change, unanimously adopted all of the resolutions. After reviewing the Board of Directors' Report, the Extraordinary General Meeting approved the Bank's new name: 'BANK OF AFRICA', abbreviated to 'BOA'.
