Vantage Development SA operates in the development industry throughout whole Poland. Our company objective is to lead the local market in Wrocław, one of the most rapidly expanding real estate markets in Poland. Our most prestigious project are Vratislavia Promenades (Promenady Wrocławskie ), a new, multi-functional district in Wrocław that will serve all your daily needs. The design processes is being led by a world-famous architect and urban planner Mr. Guy Perry. The project will be carried out on area of over 15 hectares.
