Artem Davidovich Avetisyan is a Russian IT entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist. In 2012, he founded the non-profit Association of Entrepreneurs "Club of Leaders for the Promotion of Business Initiatives". Artem Davidovich Avetisyan was born in Moscow in 1976. In 1998 he graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Finance and Credit, after which he continued his postgraduate studies. During his postgraduate studies, he was engaged in teaching at the Department of Evaluation Activities. In 1997, he founded the company CJSC Independent Expert Evaluation Center, which was transformed in 2004 into the NEO Center Consulting Group. To date, NEO Center is among the top 20 largest consulting companies. In 2012, Artem Avetisyan acquired the bank "Regional Credit", on the basis of which in 2014 an IT company with a banking license "Modulbank" for small and medium-sized businesses was created.
