Oleg Kochetkov - General Director of LLC "StankoMashStroy", President of the Penza Region Tennis Federation. Kochetkov was born in Penza on April 15, 1979. He is the deputy chairman of the Penza regional branch of the Union of Machine Builders of Russia, which the company "StankoMashStroy" joined in 2016. On January 20, 2017, Kochetkov was elected president of the Penza Region Tennis Federation. He was replaced in this post by Valentin Klyachman. He is married and has two children.
