Krasny Yar is the first park in the Krasnoyarsk Territory to be included in the federal register of Industrial parks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and is one of the leaders in the field of industrial real estate in the region. In April 2014, Krasny Yar passed the voluntary certification of the Association of Industrial Parks of Russia and was the first in the region to receive the official status of an "Operating Industrial Park". In March 2019, it was included in the register of industrial parks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. In 2021, the Krasny Yar Industrial Park was again certified for compliance with the National Standard, officially securing this status for another 5 years.
