LLC "SPFC DOM.RF" (ex. SPFC Infrastructure Bonds LLC) was established in 2021. The company's main business activity is the issue of bonds, the proceeds from the placement of which will be used to finance the construction (reconstruction) of infrastructure facilities through the provision of loans to developers, subsidiaries of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, incl. with the subsequent issuance of loans to regional developers, concessionaires, and private partners. Participation in the projects of regional and municipal authorities, including through the provision of a state guarantee, is implied. The only participant in the SSPF is DOM.RF JSC, 100% of which is owned by the Russian Federation represented by the The Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo).
