As of January 29, 2012, there were full-service veterinary hospitals in 799 of its stores. Its PetPerks program enables it to understand the needs of its customers and target offers directly to them. It also reaches its customers through PetSmart.com, pet e-commerce site, community site and selected social networking sites.
