The Retail Banking and Wealth Management segment provides banking, including deposits, credit cards, mortgages and other retail lending, as well as wealth management services, including private banking, investment and insurance to personal customers. The Commercial Banking segment manages middle market and smaller corporate relationships and specialises in trade-related financial services. The Corporate Banking segment handles relationships with large corporate and institutional customers. The Treasury segment is engaged in balance sheet management, the funding and liquidity positions of the Company, as well as other market risk positions arising from banking activities. The Other segment manages shareholders’ funds and investments in premises, investment properties and equity shares.
