KazMunayTeniz

Joint Stock Offshore Oil Company «KazMunayTeniz» was established pursuant to order No.80 by president of JSC National company KazMunayGas dated March 14, 2003, and is a 100% subsidiary of KazMunayGaz. KazMunayTeniz is a company carrying out offshore and coastal onshore oil operations (in the Caspian and Aral seas) through efficient management of offshore projects. The main objective of the Company’s activity is performing functions of contractor in subsoil use contracts in offshore projects, as well as implementation of functions on the efficient and rational development of oil and gas resources of Kazakhstan, increment and further increase of oil and gas resources. Future development of the Company is aimed at competitive growth at international markets, and determines the long-term growth strategy of KazMunayGaz JSC NC and its affiliates.
