RUSNANO Capital LLC was founded in 2010 as a limited liability company operating under the laws of the Russian Federation. It is a subsidiary of Swiss-registered RUSNANO Capital AG whose primary activity is investment control for the establishment and operations of investment funds in the area of high technology. RUSNANO, OJSC is a sole shareholder of RUSNANO Capital AG. RUSNANO Capital is mandated to be an anchor investor in investment funds in foreign jurisdictions and is seeking experienced international fund managers to be general partners in such funds.
