Redsun Services Group Ltd is a holding company mainly providing property management services. The Company operates three segments. The Property Management Services segment provides various services to property owners, residents and tenants, including security, cleaning, landscaping and gardening. The segment covers residential and commercial properties, as well as schools. The Value-Added Services to Non-Property Owners segment mainly provides value-added services to real estate developers, and the services include preliminary planning and design consulting services for property development projects, and inspection services. The Community Value-Added Services segment provides residential property owners and residents with related services, such as property brokerage services. The Company operates its businesses in mainland China through its subsidiaries.
