JSC "Uzavtosanoat" is a company that controls automobile manufacturing enterprises and automobile localization and auto components enterprises. In addition, the structure of the company includes a dealer network in Uzbekistan and the CIS countries, educational institutions, a leasing company and enterprises for the production of consumer goods. In 2004, the Uzavtosanoat Association was transformed into a joint stock company and then a joint stock company to improve the efficiency of production management. Today the company unites dozens of large and medium-sized enterprises, including companies with foreign capital from the Republic of Korea, Italy, Germany, the USA, Japan, etc. Among them are enterprises of both the automotive industry and those producing consumer goods.
