Since the establishment of LLC CB "Bank of settlements and savings" the strategy of its development was aimed at providing tailor-made services of a superior quality. Our bank is a universal credit institution serving needs of individual and corporate clients of various forms of ownership and fields of activity. Long-standing relationships between the Bank and its clients are based on mutually beneficial interests. 2004 – New board of Directors installed and LLC CB Bank of Settlements and Savings begins its transformation following acquisition by new owners. As a consequence of the transfer of ownership and subsequent review, the bank underwent a complete overhaul of its policies and practices to target working business relationships specialising in trading and construction. June 2005 – Company is re-registered under the new title of LLC CB Bank of Settlements and Savings. July 2005 - LLC CB Bank of Settlements and Savings relocates to its current location at Building 2, 20 Derbenevskaya Street, Moscow. 2007 - LLC CB Bank of Settlements and Savings accepts accreditation and enters into the Association of Russian Banks. January 2009 - LLC CB Bank of Settlements and Savings becomes participant in the ‘Compulsory Insurance Scheme of Deposits; No. 974, and acquires license on ‘Attraction of Deposits of Monetary Resources from Physical Persons’ from The Bank of Russia. July 2009 – LLC CB Bank of Settlements and Savings Representative Office registered in St. Petersburg. November 2009 - Authorised Capital of the LLC CB Bank of Settlements and Savings increased to 321 370 130 Roubles.
